That is one reason we have our horses. It might be less expensive than therapy. At least I don't have to schedule an appointment with Little Joe...He makes me smile with a knicker. lol

All of you are so right! There is nothing more satisfying in the world to me than to know I can wake up and be with my horse every day. I've had a horse stable for 25 years and you can just imagine the hell I've been through to keep the business going, but it's all worth it..even if I have to clean 25 stalls a day it's still worth it. I have no regrets..only that I didn't spend my life putting my horse first sometimes. Now that I'm older I've realized that you don't have to look very far for love and friendship if you own a horse. God made horses before man. He knows what we need. Horses are our therapy. He wanted us to notice the beauty he created. He wanted us to learn from them. We are all closer to nature because of them. He created them for our pleasure and I can't imagine living without a horse. I can live without most anything but not without a horse.

I agree! Nothing beats "equine therapy"

I agree 100%.  Those nickers - and boy they really can talk to you!  Horses are much smarter than some people think.
